About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Sales through developing and implementing streamlined administrative processes and systems, that support the sales efforts across PentenAmio AU. 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced sales environment with varying range of clients in different industries, preferably with some experience with defence and government.
  • An ability and willingness to learn the technical intricacies of our products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and best practice for sales and pipeline management.
  • High level skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • High level communication and the ability to build relationships with a range of internal and external customers.
  • Experience collaborating across business lines to gather data, information and materials that supports the sales function.

Qualifications & Eligibility

To be eligible for this position you must:

  • Be an Australian Citizen; and
  • Hold or be able to obtain a Negative Vetting 2 clearance or higher.
