Sarah Bailey

Sarah is an Executive Director of PentenAmio and Chief Executive of the Australian Business Operations

Sarah has been at Penten since 2018 and has overseen the strategic growth of the business including initial investment from private equity partner, Five V Capital, in 2021 and the recent merger with Amiosec.  Sarah has overseen the business grow from a founder-led start-up to now be a leader in international security and cyber defence

With over 25 years of leadership experience, Sarah is known for cultivating high-performing teams and leading transformation initiatives on a global scale.

Under Sarah’s leadership, Penten grew more than five times whilst implementing significant organisational transformation and maturity.  Sarah was the driving force of the merger between Penten and Amiosec identifying significant strategic benefits in bringing the companies together.

Sarah previously held senior roles at EY, Australia Post and National Australia Bank and has sat on the Advisory Board of the University of Canberra.   

Sarah is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Accountant. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Arts (Psychology), and a Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership.
