Graham Maycock

Graham is the UK Delivery Director at PentenAmio and a respected leader in delivering complex, high-impact outcomes for Government and Defence clients, particularly in secure communications and cyber security.

With over 35 years of experience across both public and private sectors, he has held a wide range of roles including technical specialist, project and programme lead, operations and managed services director, infrastructure and support manager.

Joining Amiosec in July 2018, Graham has consistently demonstrated an engaging and collaborative leadership style, successfully guiding cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholder groups including technical experts, senior management, suppliers, and clients toward our shared goals.

He brings commercial insight from a range of industries to identify and resolve both business and technical challenges, driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth. Highly versatile, Graham operates effectively at all levels from hands-on delivery to strategic advisory roles and has a strong track record of turning around underperforming projects, teams, and business units.
