Carly Hill

Carly is an accomplished strategy, transformation and communications leader with 25 years' experience within the global technology, cyber and defence sectors. Throughout her career, she has helped organisations navigate complex change, align strategic priorities and deliver sustainable growth.

As Chief Strategy & Communications Officer for PentenAmio, Carly is responsible for Group Strategy, Communications, Brand and Corporate Affairs. Working closely with the CEO, Board, founders and Executive Committee, she leads the development of the Group’s strategic direction, helping translate long-term vision into clear priorities, investment decisions and executable plans. Carly also plays a key role in ensuring alignment across the business, connecting customer, product, technology, people and operational strategies to support sustainable growth. 

Carly initially joined Amiosec in 2024 to support the development of a business transformation programme ahead of the merger with Penten and subsequently led the integration programme and launch strategy on behalf of the Board. 

Prior to joining PentenAmio, Carly served as Vice President of Business Transformation, Communications and Marketing for L3Harris’ Intelligence and Cyber sector across the UK, Australia, Canada and the US. During her tenure, she led major transformation initiatives, supported acquisition and integration activities, and developed communications and marketing strategies that enabled growth across domestic and international markets. 

Carly is recognised for combining strategic thinking with practical execution and for building alignment across organisations during periods of growth and change. She is passionate about creating high-performing, inclusive cultures that enable people and businesses to achieve their full potential.
