Carly is an accomplished Business Strategist and People Leader with 25 years’ experience in the global technology and defence sector, driving transformational change to help organisations achieve their growth strategies.

Carly joined the Amiosec Executive team in 2024 to support the development of a transformation programme prior to the merger with Penten. Carly now takes on a Global role to support the continued growth of the business and is currently leading the merger integration programme on behalf of the PentenAmio board.

Prior to Amiosec, Carly was Vice President of Business Transformation, Communications and Marketing for the Intelligence and Cyber sector of L3Harris across the UK and Australia, where she successfully led several transformation programmes, supported two acquisitions and delivered communication and marketing strategies in support of business growth in domestic and overseas business units.
