Software Engineering
Contributing to:
The design, development, and implementation of software
Learn to work with a range of languages such as C/C++, Rust, Go, Web frameworks and Python, learning to integrate developed software with other system components including FPGA/PLD devices and hardware. Whether you’re designing mobile applications or secure communication systems, as a graduate here you’ll obtain an appreciation for, and gain experience in, all areas of the product lifecycle, from requirements through to testing.
You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with our Research & Development function, exploring the emerging and cutting-edge technologies that keep PentenAmio ahead of the curve.

Cyber and Infrastructure
Contributing to:
The protection of both physical and digital assets, data and infrastructure
From securing our infrastructure, to ensuring our workplaces and people are being security savvy, our Graduates help keep our workforce and customers connected and protected. You could be developing a new service for a customer one moment and then monitoring security alerts, analysing vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and implementing measures to defend against malware, phishing, and unauthorised access the next.
You’ll also have the chance to investigate new tools and technologies, and explore how they can be incorporated into PentenAmio’s systems, continuously improving our security measures both internally and for our customers.

Product Management
Contributing to:
Our product portfolio and how we understand our markets, customers, and where our products go next
Product Management sits between our customers, markets and engineering teams, and you’ll be involved across the whole life of a product from the start – with experienced colleagues alongside you. You could be sitting in on customer conversations one moment, then helping pull together competitor research, tracking product performance or preparing materials that support a roadmap decision the next.
You’ll have the chance to see how commercial thinking works in practice and across the whole product lifecycle. Contributing to meaningful work from day one with the support to do it well, by the end of the scheme you’ll understand our products, customers and markets well enough to start shaping where they go.
