1 year scheme
Software Engineering
Contributing to:
The design, development, and implementation of software
Learn to work with a range of languages such as C/C++, Rust, Go, Web frameworks and Python, learning to integrate developed software with other system components including FPGA/PLD devices and hardware. Whether they’re designing mobile applications or secure communication systems, our graduates will obtain an appreciation for, and gain experience in, all areas of the product lifecycle, from requirements through to testing.
They also have the opportunity to engage with our Research & Development function, exploring the emerging and cutting-edge technologies that keep PentenAmio ahead of the curve.

Electronics Engineering
Contributing to:
The design, development, and implementation of hardware
Playing a vital role in designing schematics and layout, our Graduates work alongside our team of experts to assess and select electronic components as part of the build process, helping to shape our exciting product range from the inside out. Assuring quality in everything we design and build, they also support our crucial testing and fault diagnosis activities to ensure PentenAmio’s products are of the highest possible standard.
They also have the opportunity to engage with our Research & Development function, exploring the emerging and cutting-edge technologies that keep PentenAmio ahead of the curve.

Cyber and Infrastructure
Contributing to:
The protection of both physical and digital assets, data and infrastructure
From securing our infrastructure, to ensuring our workplaces and people are being security savvy, our Graduates help keep our workforce and customers connected and protected. They could be developing a new service for a customer one moment and then monitoring security alerts, analysing vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and implementing measures to defend against malware, phishing, and unauthorised access the next.
They also have the chance to investigate new tools and technologies, and explore how they can be incorporated into PentenAmio’s systems, continuously improving our security measures both internally and for our customers.

Programme Delivery
Contributing to:
The effective planning and coordination of project delivery
In this role our Graduates have the opportunity to work within Project Management, Managed Services, Security, and Production, gaining an understanding of how these areas work together to deliver PentenAmio’s award-winning solutions. They provide planning on activities including bids and proposals, customer funded programmes, as well as supporting our internal Research & Development function.
They’re also encouraged to investigate new tools and technologies, and how they can be incorporated into the Delivery lifecycle, enhancing our current business processes.

Our dedicated ‘Green Team’ leads projects that minimise our waste, conserve energy, and utilise eco-friendly technologies in our production efforts. Their efforts drive a better, more sustainable future for our people and our planet.
