Introducing Dan Shakenovsky as Group Chief Financial Officer  

We're proud to announce the appointment of Dan Shakenovsky as Group Chief Financial Officer, bringing to the organisation a dynamic blend of strategic, financial and operational expertise gained across technology businesses in Australia and abroad. 

Dan joins PentenAmio following his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer at Finder, where he led the finance, strategy and HR functions with a strong commercial and growth-focused lens. Prior to Finder, he served as CFO and COO at Shippit, a retail delivery-software business operating across ANZ and Asia, where he played a key role in scaling operations and supporting international expansion.

Dan also held senior leadership roles at Xero, serving as Financial Director and helping to scale the company during a period of rapid global growth in the SaaS sector. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting, corporate advisory and capital markets at PwC and Rothschild, building a foundation of financial rigour that he has since applied to fast-moving technology environments.
