Dan Shakenovsky 

Dan is an experienced leader with skills across finance, HR and consulting. 

He was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at Finder, where he led the finance, strategy and HR functions with a strong commercial and growth-oriented lens.  

Before joining Finder, Dan was CFO and COO at Shippit, the retail delivery-software business operating across ANZ and Asia. Prior to that, he served as Financial Director at Xero, helping scale the business in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.  

With a background in consulting, corporate advisory and capital markets at PwC and Rothschild, Dan brings a mix of entrepreneurial energy and financial rigor – helping companies not just report the numbers, but use them to build their next chapter. 

Dan joined PentenAmio in 2026 as Group CFO to help guide the company’s growth and success.
