PentenAmio, a British-Australian leader in secure communications and defence technology, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Certa Cito Foundation, the official charity of the Signals and Communications community, as part of the Royal Australian Corps of Signals’ centenary celebrations in 2025.
The Certa Cito Foundation supports the health, welfare and education of current and former Royal Australian Corps of Signals (RA Sigs) and Australian Defence (ADF) communications personnel and their families. Built around the pillars of Care, Connect and Commemorate, the foundation plays a critical role in honouring service, strengthening community ties and providing meaningful support across the Signals family.
As part of the sponsorship, PentenAmio is funding a commemorative centenary sculpture, which will be unveiled at a special event at Simpson Barracks in November 2025. The Sculpture will stand as a lasting tribute to 100 years of technical excellence, service and sacrifice. Uniquely, the sculpture is being built by the community it celebrates, with PentenAmio employees working side by side with veterans, serving members of the Corps and family representatives to design and construct the sculpture.
“This partnership is deeply personal for many of us at PentenAmio,” said Sarah Bailey, Executive Director and CEO Australia of PentenAmio. “The Signals community has been at the forefront of Australia’s military communications invention and innovation for a century. Supporting the Certa Cito Foundation and contributing to the centenary sculpture is a way for us to honour that legacy and give back to a Corps that exemplifies service, innovation and resilience.”
The centenary of the Royal Australian Corps of Signals is being marked throughout 2025 with national celebrations, commemorations and activities. PentenAmio’s partnership ensures those commemorations extend beyond ceremony, into long-term support for the people behind the mission.
“This is more than a celebration of history,” said Brigadier Alison Creagh AM CSC, President of the Certa Cito Foundation and Representative Colonel Commandant Royal Australian Corps of Signals. “It’s about recognising and supporting a living, evolving community. With PentenAmio’s support, we’re able to commemorate the past while building towards a stronger future.”
