Sarah Bailey

Sarah is Group Executive Director and CEO Australia of PentenAmio, a global leader in digital security solutions formed through the successful 2025 merger of Australian company Penten and UK-based Amiosec.

With over 25 years of leadership experience, Sarah is known for cultivating high-performing teams and leading transformation initiatives on a global scale.

Sarah previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Penten, overseeing the strategic growth of the business including initial investment from private equity partner, Five V Capital, in 2021 and the recent merger with Amiosec.  Sarah played a pivotal role in the company’s growth from a founder-led start-up to a leader in international security and cyber defence. Under Sarah’s leadership, Penten grew more than five times whilst implementing significant organisational transformation and maturity. 

Before joining Penten, Sarah held senior leadership roles at EY, Australia Post and National Australia Bank and has sat on the Advisory Board of the University of Canberra.   

As Group Executive Director of PentenAmio, Sarah leads a team of approximately 300 security-cleared professionals across sovereign facilities in Australia and the UK. PentenAmio is one of the largest and most advanced teams globally dedicated to secure classified mobile communications and AI enabled defence. Its scalable encryption and deception solutions are trusted, sovereign-certified, and are actively deployed in classified environments by more than 20 national security and defence organisations across the UK, Australia, and Canada. Under Sarah’s leadership, PentenAmio is poised to expand its reach into NATO-aligned jurisdictions.
